Join Primary Vascular Care as a Hospitalist Nurse Practitioner, where you'll conduct clinical assessments and develop patient treatment plans in a mobile practice focused on long-term care. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work independently and make a significant impact on patient care.
Key Responsibilities
Perform on-site screening clinical assessments to determine patient treatment plans
Function independently to perform history and physical for complex patients
Order and review diagnostic and therapeutic tests
Assist with care provision in accordance with regulations
Monitor effectiveness of interventions
Maintain relationships with appropriate contacts in facilities
Educate family members and clients about services
Assist with development and maintenance of physician relations
Complete reports in a timely manner
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
Degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Program
Current NP License
BLS - Basic Life Support through American Heart Association
Current Infection Control Certification
Board Certified/Board Eligible
Physical, Vaccines and Titers: PPD/TB, Hep B, MMR, Varicella
Preferred Qualifications
ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support through American Heart Association
