Key Responsibilities
Inspire and guide Behavior Technicians through supervision and support
Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) and develop innovative ABA programs
Stay calm and professional in challenging situations
Proactively communicate and create a safe environment for collaboration
Required Qualifications
Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Active LBA Certification in the state of North Carolina
Subject to a criminal background check, TB test, and Pre-employment Physical Exam
