Join Georgia Hospice Care as an RN Clinical Supervisor and lead a dedicated team in providing exceptional hospice care. You will manage services, educate staff, and ensure that every patient receives compassionate care in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the coordination, supervision, and implementation of professional and supportive services for hospice patients
Oversee the care team and provide education and training related to clinical practice, regulation, and reimbursement changes
Help orient new employees
Serve as a key member of the care team to ensure high-quality patient care
Required Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited nursing school (BSN preferred)
Current state license as a registered nurse
2-3 years of supervisory experience as a registered nurse in an appropriate clinical care setting, home health, or hospice environment
Reliable transportation
Ability to sit, stand, bend, move intermittently and lift at least 80-100 lbs
Preferred Qualifications
Evidence of clinical and supervisory knowledge and experience appropriate to the assigned supervision responsibilities
