Key Responsibilities
Take inbound calls and conduct consultations to identify the insured's needs.
Educate customers on insurance products and identify opportunities to sell.
Read all verbatim and ensure effective communication of solutions.
Research, analyze, and resolve inquiries regarding insurance and service-related issues.
Engage with a diverse range of customers and customize assistance.
Required Qualifications
At least six months working in a service or sales environment
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to multitask and use effective time management
Ability to communicate written and verbally in both Spanish and English
