Key Responsibilities
Conduct staff training and development as required
Conduct staff performance evaluations
Provide direct service to clients as needed
Provide individual and group supervision of program and support staff
Monitor consumer meetings
Review case management/service/discharge plans with clients and staff
Participate in case management/service/discharge plan meetings
Supervise MSW students
Assume on-call administrative and crisis duties
Required Qualifications
LMSW
Master's Degree in related Mental Health discipline
Three years of experience with SED children/adolescents or case management
Preferred Qualifications
Excellent writing skills
Computer literacy
