Job Description

Join The Jewish Board as a Clinical Supervisor to lead clinical supervision and staff performance evaluations, while making a meaningful impact on the lives of New Yorkers. This role involves direct client service, staff training, and oversight of case management plans, ensuring compliance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct staff training and development as required
  • Conduct staff performance evaluations
  • Provide direct service to clients as needed
  • Provide individual and group supervision of program and support staff
  • Monitor consumer meetings
  • Review case management/service/discharge plans with clients and staff
  • Participate in case management/service/discharge plan meetings
  • Supervise MSW students
  • Assume on-call administrative and crisis duties

Required Qualifications

  • LMSW
  • Master's Degree in related Mental Health discipline
  • Three years of experience with SED children/adolescents or case management

Preferred Qualifications

  • Excellent writing skills
  • Computer literacy
