Requirements:

  RN license (state-appropriate)

• 
  

  BLS (AHA)

• 
  

  Minimum 1 year LTC/SNF experience

  First-time travelers welcome

Assignment Details:

• 
  

  Unit Type: LTC / SNF, 83 beds (20 in locked dementia unit)

• 
  

  EMR: Point Click Care (PCC)

• 
  

  RN-to-patient ratio: 5 RNs : 74 residents on days/afternoons; 1:74 on midnights

• 
  

  Patient population: CHF, COPD, DM, Rehab, Dementia

• 
  

  Duties: Administer medications, head-to-toe assessments, possible charge nurse responsibilities, IVs for fluids or antibiotics

• 
  

  Floating throughout facility as needed

Scheduling:

• 
  

  Every other weekend required

• 
  

  Holiday rotation possible

• 
  

  No call required
