WCS Healthcare is currently seeking a Radiology Technologist for a contract assignment at Prestigious Hospital in Morristown, NJ.

Job Function:

• Day Shift.
• 4x10.
• Position patients and adjust equipment to obtain images as requested by the physician.
• Set up, operate, and maintain imaging equipment according to policy and procedure.
• Explain procedures clearly and compassionately to patients.
• Maintain all equipment for procedures and ensure patient safety and comfort, both physical and physiological.
• Minimize radiation exposure to patients and staff by following radiation protection protocols.

Job Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited radiology program.
• ARRT certified.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
• 3 - 5 years of experience as an Interventional Radiologic Technologist or Cardiovascular Technologist with NJ radiographic licensure.
