Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver industry-leading service with prompt, one-call resolution
  • Multitask across systems for documentation, call handling, and follow-ups

  • Handle inbound calls from existing clients regarding policy updates and changes
  • Manage cancellation retention and autopay setup
  • Timely entry of inbound leads

Required Qualifications

  • Associate’s degree in any field (Bachelor’s preferred)
  • Active Property & Casualty license
  • Minimum 2 years of call center experience
