• Contract Duration: 13 weeks (Start: 12/1/2025 – End: 3/2/2026)

• Estimated Weekly Salary Range: $1990 - $2130

Registered Nurse Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of recent ICU nursing experience required; IMC/PCU experience preferred
• Active Maryland RN license or Compact State RN License
• Current American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Current American Heart Association Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
• NIH Stroke Scale Certification

ICU / IMC Nurse Responsibilities

• Provide advanced clinical care for high acuity patients requiring continuous cardiac and respiratory monitoring
• Care for diverse patient populations, including sepsis, diabetic ketoacidosis, post open-heart surgery, and patients on acute non-invasive ventilation (BiPAP/CPAP)
• Rapidly assess and respond to changes in patient hemodynamics or respiratory status
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care plans
• Serve as a patient advocate and provide education to patients and families
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team in a fast-paced IMC/ICU setting
