An Otolaryngologist, or ENT physician, provides specialized medical and surgical care for disorders of the ear, nose, and throat. Opportunity Highlights
· Earn up to $550,000 base salary with an additional $25K increase for head/neck fellowship training
· Enjoy manageable 1:4 call rotation shared evenly among providers
· Practice well-rounded Adult ENT medicine with minimal pediatric patients
· The incoming ENT will work for a top 15 not-for-profit health system recognized nationally
· Join an established team of 3 physicians, 1 APP, and 4 audiologists
· Balance your schedule with 3 clinical days and 2 OR days weekly
· Provide care for approximately 20 patients daily with structured appointment times
· Receive additional incentives, including production bonuses up to $65/wRVU
