Job Description
Join Douglas Dynamics as a Technical Service Representative, where you will play a vital role in assisting customers with product inquiries and support. Contribute to a team-focused environment that values professional growth and offers competitive benefits.
Key Responsibilities
Answer telephone calls and emails from customers regarding products and complaints
Administer RMA claims in the warranty program
Assist in the development and improvement of training materials and presentations
Train distributor/sub dealer personnel and end users
Install, service, and maintain Douglas Dynamics products
Provide support for sales events and marketing activities
Participate in fit-up checks of current kits on new model/year trucks
Proofread technical literature for content and clarity
Provide timely reports and paperwork
Required Qualifications
Associate’s degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school
High school diploma or equivalent plus six months to one year experience in hydraulic and 12V electrical systems
Valid State driver's license
Ability to meet DOT requirements to operate a DOT registered vehicle
Ability to obtain a passport for business travel outside the U.S.
Preferred Qualifications
Manufacturing experience
Experience with Power and hand tools
Experience troubleshooting and repairing snow and ice removal equipment
