Join The Recovery Village Ridgefield as a Full-Time Financial Case Manager, where you'll play a vital role in supporting clients with financial needs related to their treatment. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive support to clients and ensure compliance with State and Federal guidelines
  • Conduct weekly discharge needs assessments and develop individualized aftercare plans
  • Collaborate with treatment team and facility leadership to align aftercare plans
  • Address insurance inquiries and collect co-pays/deductibles as per Admission Department directives
  • Assist clients with employer and legal concerns

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in health-related field, Finance/Accounting, or Medical Management office experience preferred
  • Minimum high school diploma
  • Minimum one- or two-years' experience, preferably in the medical, behavioral healthcare, or financial field
  • Familiar with community resources and proficient in providing, discussing, and resolving financial issues and policies

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the medical or behavioral healthcare field
