Join The Recovery Village Ridgefield as a Full-Time Financial Case Manager, where you'll play a vital role in supporting clients with financial needs related to their treatment. Collaborate with a dedicated team to ensure compliance, develop aftercare plans, and help clients navigate their financial responsibilities. Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive support to clients and ensure compliance with State and Federal guidelines
Conduct weekly discharge needs assessments and develop individualized aftercare plans
Collaborate with treatment team and facility leadership to align aftercare plans
Address insurance inquiries and collect co-pays/deductibles as per Admission Department directives
Assist clients with employer and legal concerns
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in health-related field, Finance/Accounting, or Medical Management office experience preferred
Minimum high school diploma
Minimum one- or two-years' experience, preferably in the medical, behavioral healthcare, or financial field
Familiar with community resources and proficient in providing, discussing, and resolving financial issues and policies
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in the medical or behavioral healthcare field
