2+ years of experience in OR and documents travel experience.

2 recent OR Supervisor/Manager

Current BLS, PALS, PEARS, CNOR, CST

EMR REQUIRED- EPIC.

OR RN Cost Center: 15400

Shift: Either 5x8's or 4x10s

Call required - 2 4's, 2 8's, 2 12's

minimum per 6 weeks period.

Pediatric experience preferred - Neuro, Ortho, ENT, General, Eyes.

CHOA REQUIRES the flu vaccination for the flu season. They WILL NOT accept ANY exemptions (this includes medical/religious).
