Job Description

Join our Omaha clinic as a Senior Nurse Practitioner, where you will conduct a variety of health examinations, providing crucial care to veterans and service members. This role involves travel, a supportive work environment, and a commitment to excellence in patient care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct physical exams for various customers including federal and defense entities
  • Perform occupational health exams, including pre- and post-employment physicals
  • Provide written medical opinions based on clinical evidence
  • Conduct telephonic and virtual exams
  • Complete Veterans Benefits Administration Disability Benefit Questionnaires (DBQs)
  • Document examinee records in appropriate systems
  • Collaborate with other professionals for effective decision-making

Required Qualifications

  • Masters of Science in Nursing (MSN) from an accredited college or university
  • Current National Licensing w/ ANCC or AANP
  • Minimum 12 years of post-graduate primary care/internal medicine experience
  • Unrestricted State medical licensure
  • Ability to obtain DEA license
  • Valid BLS OR ACLS certification
  • Ability to maintain government clearances

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience conducting occupational/disability medical examinations
