Job Description
Join Whole Foods Market as a Team Manager, where you'll lead the maintenance team to ensure a safe and efficient food production environment. This role involves managing operations, compliance with safety standards, and fostering a culture of teamwork and respect.
Key Responsibilities
Lead daily operations of the maintenance team
Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
Diagnose equipment malfunctions and develop repair strategies
Implement preventive maintenance schedules
Manage maintenance budgets and inventory
Build a positive work environment and foster teamwork
Required Qualifications
BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
2+ years of maintenance experience in food manufacturing
12+ months of maintenance supervisory experience
Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, and hydraulic systems
Ability to execute maintenance projects
Strong analytical skills
Preferred Qualifications
Relevant certifications (CMRP, CPMM)
OSHA safety certification
Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
Basic understanding of ERP processes
