Job Description

Join Quill as a B2B Sales Representative and drive significant revenue growth by converting new customers in the Philadelphia area. This remote position emphasizes strategic relationship building and collaboration to meet sales goals while enhancing customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive conversion of 1M new revenue from new customers
  • Build territory penetration strategy and analyze performance
  • Qualify prospects and route opportunities to sales team members
  • Schedule appointments and meet with prospective customers
  • Utilize marketing collateral for presentations
  • Attend conferences and events to represent Quill
  • Create and present custom pricing solutions
  • Ensure smooth transition to account management team
  • Meet and exceed quotas and key metrics
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM
  • Seek improvement through coaching
  • Work closely with sales leadership to drive revenue
  • Build trust and lead by example

Required Qualifications

  • High School diploma/GED
  • 4+ years of field sales experience
  • Required travel within territory based on appointments, customer needs and conferences, approximately 50% travel

Preferred Qualifications

  • 6 months+ of relevant experience in the public sector market
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Proven business development experience
