Physical Therapist (PT) – Skilled Nursing Facility

MedAdventures is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team at a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) in Dallas, TX. This is a great opportunity for PTs looking to make a meaningful impact in the lives of patients in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

No OASIS experience required—this is not a home health position.

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and treat patients with physical impairments in a SNF setting.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans focused on restoring function.
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
  • Provide education to patients and families on exercises and safety strategies.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support patient outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Active Texas PT license (or eligibility to obtain).
  • SNF experience preferred, but new grads are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to providing patient-centered care.
