Job Description
Join Soar Autism Center as an Early Childhood Provider, where you will support the growth of children with autism in a nurturing, team-oriented environment. No prior certification is required, and all training will be provided to help you succeed in this meaningful role.
Key Responsibilities
Provide individualized support to young children (ages 2–6) in a clinic-based setting using play-based and naturalistic therapy techniques
Follow intervention plans developed by clinicians in behavior analysis, speech therapy, and occupational therapy
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure consistent, high-quality care
Build trusting relationships with children and families while promoting developmental milestones
Required Qualifications
Experience working with young children, especially ages 2–6
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Comfort using computers and tablets
Reliable transportation to training and assigned center locations
Must meet physical requirements: ability to sit/kneel on the floor, lift up to 50 lbs., move quickly, and support children as needed during sessions
Preferred Qualifications
Pursuing or holding a college degree
