Key Responsibilities
Review patient charts prior to appointments and ensure consents and insurance verification are complete
Support providers with patient check in and check out, including obtaining registration forms and verifying insurance eligibility
Assist with onboarding new patients and patient portal access
Process payments and co-pays
Manage scheduling of existing patients and internal referrals
Answer phone calls and record requests in the EHR system
Monitor clinician/admin inbox and respond accordingly
Ensure all locations are presentable and welcoming
Maintain patient confidentiality
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma / GED (or higher)
1+ years of experience in a mental health or medical office setting
1+ years of experience with electronic health records
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
Experience with insurance verification
Ability to interpret a variety of data and instructions
