Key Responsibilities

  • Review patient charts prior to appointments and ensure consents and insurance verification are complete
  • Support providers with patient check in and check out, including obtaining registration forms and verifying insurance eligibility
  • Assist with onboarding new patients and patient portal access
  • Process payments and co-pays
  • Manage scheduling of existing patients and internal referrals
  • Answer phone calls and record requests in the EHR system
  • Monitor clinician/admin inbox and respond accordingly
  • Ensure all locations are presentable and welcoming
  • Maintain patient confidentiality

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma / GED (or higher)
  • 1+ years of experience in a mental health or medical office setting
  • 1+ years of experience with electronic health records

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience with insurance verification
  • Ability to interpret a variety of data and instructions
