Job Description
Join the growing Business Development Team at Quill, a part of Staples, where you'll build strong partnerships with customers to drive sales growth. Utilize your communication skills to create custom solutions, onboard new clients, and exceed sales quotas in a supportive, inclusive environment.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to non-ordering prospects or existing customers to drive new business and sales growth.
Create and present custom pricing solutions to potential high growth customers.
Leverage education contracts to acquire new education customers or drive growth for existing.
Qualify prospects based on customer size, spend, and potential.
Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly quotas and key metrics.
Maintain accurate records in CRM.
Seek ways to improve through coaching.
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or G.E.D
1+ years of sales or other relevant experience
Preferred Qualifications
Proven acquisition, sales, or account management experience
