Job Description
Join Good Samaritan as the Director of Nursing, overseeing the nursing program in a long-term care facility. You'll ensure high standards of resident care while leading a dedicated team in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
Administers the nursing program in a long term care facility
Facilitates optimization of geriatric care process
Responsible for overall quality of care provided by nursing personnel
Monitors operations of nursing staff and ensures compliance with regulations
Schedules staff and conducts employee performance reviews
Leads development and execution of clinical programs and policies
Required Qualifications
Five years nursing experience
Currently holds an unencumbered RN license
Thorough knowledge of the nursing practice act
Administrative and management techniques knowledge
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in nursing
Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program
Housing with Services or assisted living experience
