Job Description
Join The Jewish Board as a Social Worker, where you'll provide vital support to adults with serious mental illness, helping them achieve independence and recovery. Collaborate with a dedicated team to offer culturally competent care and facilitate community-based services for clients.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a caseload of residents and provide necessary clinical intervention
Complete client assessments including risk assessments
Support clients in meeting individual goals through person-centered service planning
Advocate on behalf of residents with other service providers
Participate in case conferences and staff meetings
Complete regular documentation of resident interactions
Required Qualifications
Master's degree in Social Work
LMSW or LCSW certification preferred
Minimum of 1-year experience in Human Services preferred
Willingness to work with individuals with experiences of mental illness and substance use
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with individuals living with serious mental illness, substance use disorders, or trauma
