Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Department Director or Manager in planning and evaluating social services
  • Deliver social work programs/services
  • Manage staff and ensure competencies
  • Provide clinical leadership and supervision
  • Develop and manage departmental budget
  • Collaborate with community organizations
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum three (3) years of clinical social work experience
  • Minimum two (2) years management experience
  • Masters degree in Social Work from an accredited institution
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (California) required at hire
  • National Provider Identifier required at hire

Preferred Qualifications

  • One (1) year in social work supervision in an acute hospital setting
