As a Health Screener at Biolife Plasma Services, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the safety and comfort of plasma donors. You'll perform screenings and phlebotomy while contributing to a dedicated team that's committed to making a difference in patients' lives through the collection of high-quality plasma.
Key Responsibilities
Answer phones and greet donors
Screen new and repeat donors and record vital signs
Use Donor Information System and maintain accurate records
Coordinate donor compensation
Identify operational improvement opportunities
Work various shifts including weekends and holidays
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire work shift
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Ability to lean, bend, stoop, crouch, and reach
Ability to lift up to 32 lbs
Fine motor coordination and depth perception
Prolonged glove wear due to bloodborne pathogens exposure
1+ years experience in a customer or patient-facing role (helpful)
