Key Responsibilities

  • Manage office staffing, operations, and logistics for assigned offices
  • Create and implement office-level integration and growth plans
  • Assist in recruiting and interviewing candidates for tax office positions
  • Build an engaging team environment through training and coaching
  • Conduct performance reviews and manage associate issues
  • Lead daily team meetings and communicate essential information
  • Create associate work schedules and ensure accurate timekeeping
  • Travel between 2-3 offices as required

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 5 years related work experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Multi-unit people management experience in retail, restaurant, banking, or related industry
