Key Responsibilities
Manage office staffing, operations, and logistics for assigned offices
Create and implement office-level integration and growth plans
Assist in recruiting and interviewing candidates for tax office positions
Build an engaging team environment through training and coaching
Conduct performance reviews and manage associate issues
Lead daily team meetings and communicate essential information
Create associate work schedules and ensure accurate timekeeping
Travel between 2-3 offices as required
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Minimum 5 years related work experience
Preferred Qualifications
Multi-unit people management experience in retail, restaurant, banking, or related industry
