Job Description

Key Responsibilities
Oversee and establish best practices and standards for hospital clinical services
Manage nursing teams to provide high-quality care and service
Coordinate nursing with other patient care and support functions
Provide leadership and guidance in establishing nursing standards
Steer clinical excellence through staff development
Share responsibility for employee engagement, recruitment, and retention
Implement company standards of care, policies, and procedures
Ensure all regulatory requirements are met
Create and implement a schedule for safe staffing
Collaborate with hospital leadership and departments for patient outcomes
Required Qualifications
BSN required
MSN or equivalent Masters in Healthcare or enrollment in a Masters program required
Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse required
3-5 years of hospital nursing experience required
3 or more years of experience in a managerial or supervisory capacity required
Certified BLS completed on date of hire required
ACLS required within 6 months of hire
Preferred Qualifications
Three of these years of RN experience in rehabilitation nursing preferred
CRRN required when eligible
