Job Description

Join Genuine Parts Company as a Business Development Manager to drive sales growth in the Fleet and Heavy-Duty sectors. You will be pivotal in enrolling new members, executing strategic initiatives, and providing exceptional customer service to enhance client relationships. Your efforts will directly contribute to the company's growth objectives and success in this dynamic role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and expand sales for Fleet/Government & Heavy-Duty accounts
  • Complete registrations and sign-ups of new MSA customers
  • Present and sell Fleet prospects on the NAPA Elite Fleet program
  • Work closely with NAPA Fleet HQ for program adoption and account management
  • Host training meetings for local sales teams
  • Achieve territory quotas on sales and new accounts
  • Provide customer service to NAPA Fleet and Government accounts
  • Conduct account reviews and manage key events and trade shows
  • Execute sales plans to achieve business growth

Required Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of previous selling and account management experience
  • Must possess a valid driver's license
  • Ability to travel within assigned territory
  • Demonstrated sales acumen
  • Strong communication and customer focus
  • Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced sales environment
  • Results orientation and financial acumen
  • Deep product knowledge
  • Technology proficiency

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent sales/marketing experience
