As a Production Supervisor on the third shift, you'll lead a team to ensure productivity and quality standards are met while fostering a positive work environment. Your role will involve training staff, managing performance, and implementing improvements to enhance efficiency and safety.
Key Responsibilities
Train and create an environment for employees to achieve maximum quality and productivity
Plan and schedule manpower, materials, product, and machines
Manage employee performance and provide feedback
Promote department and company goodwill through communication and involvement
Investigate areas of quality improvement and provide suggestions
Promote safety in the working area
Required Qualifications
1 or more years of previous Supervisory experience
Poultry or food industry experience
Previous leadership skills with 20 or more employees
Effective communication both orally and in writing
