Key Responsibilities
Support residents in achieving independent living and recovery goals
Advocate for residents with service providers
Conduct monthly inspections and assist residents with daily tasks
Document resident interactions and facilitate meetings
Participate in training and staff meetings
Required Qualifications
AA degree and two years of experience in a community mental health setting
HS/HSE degree and at least five years of experience in a community mental health setting
Experience working with individuals living with serious mental illness, substance use disorders, or trauma
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite
Valid driver's license and willingness to drive agency van
