Key Responsibilities

  • Operationalize and scale hiring and onboarding processes
  • Collaborate with product and engineering leadership to boost team productivity
  • Design and implement scalable workflows for cross-functional collaboration
  • Enhance team health and performance through feedback and resource planning
  • Support release planning and standardization
  • Work with Recruiting and HR to optimize candidate experience
  • Develop and maintain hiring playbooks and onboarding documentation
  • Track and report key hiring and staffing metrics
  • Facilitate continuous process improvements among recruiters and hiring managers

Required Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and coordination skills
  • Proven experience operationalizing talent acquisition processes in technology or SaaS environments
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Data-driven with skills in tracking, analyzing, and reporting hiring metrics

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with AI product roles and engineering hiring practices
  • Experience in AI-driven SaaS or enterprise software
