Perform diagnostic CT exams utilizing appropriate imaging equipment Verify patient identity and review medical records Interview patients to obtain and verify medical history Explain procedures to patients and assess risk factors Set up equipment and acquire appropriate images Review images and communicate data to radiologist Recognize and respond to medical emergencies Participate in process improvement activities within radiology Provide imaging education to residents and student technologists May perform duties of a Radiologic Technologist as needed Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) in Radiology (R) or Computed Tomography (CT) preferred American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support – Healthcare Provider (BLS) training One or more years of experience as a Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) in Radiology or advanced certification in Computed Tomography (CT) $5,000 Sign on Bonus with required relevant experience
