As an Occupational Therapist I at UCHealth, you will evaluate and treat patients, develop care plans, and educate patients and families on therapy needs. This role requires critical thinking and the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
Perform and document initial and ongoing assessments of patient's condition
Establish a plan of care involving the patient/family
Provide education to the patient and family/caregiver about patient deficits
Assist with patient discharge from therapy services
Supervise support personnel according to established laws and regulations
Utilize critical thinking skills and work with minimal supervision
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy
Current licensure with Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies to practice Occupational Therapy
Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider certification
Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
