Key Responsibilities
Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans based on resident goals and capabilities
Implement therapeutic activities focused on enhancing daily living and functional skills
Document patient progress and collaborate with the healthcare team to adjust treatment as needed
Educate residents and their families on exercises and practices to continue at home
Ensure a safe and supportive environment during all therapy sessions

Required Qualifications
Master’s or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
Active Occupational Therapist license in Delaware or eligibility to obtain it
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting
