Key Responsibilities
Drive the brand strategy and related narrative
Co-lead the development of a new Global branded customer campaign
Design and implement brand archetypes
Lead the implementation strategies and execution across markets
Develop a comprehensive Global Brand Plan
Understand and generate customer insights
Lead large GBT meetings preparation and facilitation
Demonstrate ownership of personal development plan
Required Qualifications
At least 7-8 years in marketing in the pharmaceutical industry
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in a scientific and/or business discipline
Experience in taking products to launch or growing a key brand
Strong strategic thinking and written/presentation skills
Transversal and project management skills
Ability to operate effectively under pressure
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in country marketing (US preferred)
Experience in field sales
Experience with commercial topics like payer systems and market research
Scientific interest in disease fundamentals
