Key Responsibilities
Dispense spectacles and other optical products to adults and children
Advise and assist patients with lens and frame selection
Verify order data entry and ensure accurate Rx handling
Provide excellent member service in person and over the phone
Educate patients on available products and their benefits
Assist Optical Manager with opening and closing procedures
Maintain club policies and procedures
Required Qualifications
Must be licensed to work as an optician within the State and keep license up to date and active
Strong interpersonal skills
Organizational skills
Attention to detail
At least 18 years of age
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of optical products and business practices
High school diploma, college degree, or experience in big box wholesale, retail, and/or optical
