Travel Nurse Job Details

• Healthcare Setting: Medical ICU (MICU) – 18 beds
• Assignment Type: Travel Registered Nurse
• Start Date: December 8, 2025
• End Date: March 7, 2026
• Contract Duration: 13 weeks
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
• Shift: 12-hour shifts (Day/Night rotation: 7:00 AM–7:00 PM or 7:00 PM–7:00 AM)
• Estimated Weekly Salary Range: $2200–$2360

ICU Nurse Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license – New Hampshire or compact state
• Minimum 1 year of recent ICU/critical care nursing experience
• Skilled in advanced hemodynamic monitoring, ventilator management, and complex patient care
• Experience with ICP monitoring, pressors, inotropes, and vasoactive medications
• Ability to assist with central line and PA line insertion and maintenance
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required

ICU Nurse Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, compassionate care to critically ill patients in a fast-paced ICU setting
• Monitor and interpret hemodynamic data; manage advanced life-support equipment
• Administer and titrate vasoactive medications and inotropes
• Assist with and maintain central lines, PA lines, tubes, and drains for post-surgical and medical patients
• Care for patients with ventriculostomies, lumbar drains, bolts, and EVDs
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to achieve optimal patient outcomes
• Accurately document assessments, interventions, and patient outcomes
