Key Responsibilities
Verify product against Purchase Orders
Check product integrity and temperatures
Process and file invoices
Distribute invoice copies to teams
Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations
Support product teams with accounting during inventory
Required Qualifications
12+ months retail experience
Strong knowledge of store receiving, accounting, and distribution procedures
Ability to educate team on product knowledge
Strong to excellent communication skills
Ability to meet customer service expectations
Ability to follow directions and procedures
Preferred Qualifications
12+ months working in a distribution or receiving related environment
Working knowledge of WFM quality goals, food handling, and safety standards
