Job Description

Join Guest Supply as a Sales Consultant, where you'll build and maintain relationships with hospitality industry customers to promote a range of products. This role combines consultative selling and territory management to help customers succeed while achieving your sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and identify new sales opportunities within prospective and existing accounts
  • Utilize consultative selling techniques and product knowledge to target new prospects
  • Manage assigned accounts and improve overall customer experience
  • Consult with assigned accounts on new products and services
  • Notify management of account issues
  • Work with Accounts Receivable to ensure timely customer payments
  • Interact with internal departments to provide vital customer information
  • Assist in the set-up of new accounts
  • Accurately forecast sales results and trends

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing or Business preferred
  • 3 - 5 years sales experience with proven record of sales success
  • Experience in hospitality or supply/distribution sales preferred

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in relationship sales managing new and existing customer opportunities
  • Experience with trip planning, territory routing and account prioritization
