Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive assessments of students' speech and language abilities
Develop individualized therapy plans and goals
Provide direct therapy services to elementary and middle school students
Collaborate with teachers and parents to support students' communication goals
Incorporate evidence-based techniques into therapy sessions
Monitor students' progress and adjust therapy plans as needed
Document therapy sessions and progress reports
Participate in IEP meetings
Required Qualifications
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
Experience in school or pediatric settings
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in teletherapy or online counseling
SIRAS experience
Knowledge of augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) systems
