Job Description

Join Jazz Pharmaceuticals as a Senior Manager in Patient Access & Services, where you'll lead transformative initiatives to enhance patient access to groundbreaking therapies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure optimal customer experiences and drive program innovation in a fast-paced biopharmaceutical environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive program innovation for optimal customer experience
  • Identify and implement workflow enhancements
  • Support the annual brand planning process
  • Collaborate with external partners and internal departments
  • Manage vendor relationships and contract negotiations
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • 2-4 years of experience in consulting, pharmaceutical, or biotech industry
  • 2 years of experience with manufacturer patient support programs
  • Knowledge of pharmaceutical compliance requirements and patient confidentiality (HIPAA)
  • Experience in Medicare and Medicaid policies, reimbursement process, and health policy
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to analyze data for decision-making
  • 20-25% travel requirement

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in Specialty Pharmacy and REMS
  • Proven teamwork and collaboration skills
  • Ability to manage competing priorities
