Job Description

Join Citizens as a Mortgage Regional Sales Manager for the New England region, leading a team of Mortgage Loan Officers to support growth initiatives. Drive performance, establish policies, and ensure exceptional customer service while fostering a collaborative culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish internal policies and procedures on loan relationship management
  • Direct, motivate, and evaluate loan service team members
  • Supervise the New England team and identify training needs
  • Monitor activities related to the loan servicing lifecycle
  • Manage relationships with vendors and IT regarding loan servicing software
  • Communicate with all levels of management and maintain professional relationships
  • Develop and maintain team relationships between Sales and Operations Teams
  • Ensure clear customer-focused communication throughout the loan process
  • Maintain knowledge of Citizens products, policies, and industry standards
  • Evaluate and report employee performance
  • Forecast to meet monthly closing goals
  • Maintain superior customer service levels

Required Qualifications

  • 10 plus years Mortgage Banking Sales & Leadership Experience
  • Extensive in market experience for the New England region
  • Proven ability to recruit top talent in Loan Officers
  • Ability to coordinate across the enterprise with multiple business lines
  • Understanding of corporate and division performance standards and fiscal goals
  • Compliance with Mortgage Loan Originators requirements set forth in the SAFE Act
