Under the direction of the Supply Chain Manager, the Supply Chain Coordinator will perform duties related to ordering and inventory to support the supply chain department. This is a full-time position based in 3 days in office and 2 days remote.* High School Diploma or equivalent Associate degree in supply chain management, business administration or related field plus 2 years of work experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Certified Food Protection Manager issued by the National Restaurant Association (ServSafe) or the National Registry of Food Safety Professionals Proficient in MS Office with emphasis in Outlook, Word and Excel. Experience working with multi-site food operations in remote site facilities. Knowledge of North Slope/remote site business operations. Help ensure the smooth functioning of all aspects of our supply chain and operations department, including materials procurement, processing, and order fulfillment and delivery. Provide daily customer support to all jobsites; discuss all supply chain related issues and answer any questions. Work with jobsites on weekly ordering, special order requests, research for best option and best price with the best method of shipping. Place orders using online and email methods. Work directly with vendors to resolve any problems with routine and/or special orders and the logistics to get the product to the correct location. Prepare and send inventory sheets monthly. Review completed inventory for accuracy. Inventory, order and issue items stocked in home office and for breakroom.
