Job Description

As the Senior Manager for Contract Lifecycle at Sanofi, lead operational functions for various contracting strategies in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee contract negotiations, redlines, countersignature, and operational setup of various contracting offers
  • Function as Subject Matter Expert for contract strategies and related projects
  • Manage/lead project components related to new product launches and digital capabilities
  • Participate in Pricing Contracting Task Force meetings and manage timelines
  • Drive change management and explore new tools for market shifts
  • Support and mentor team members through onboarding and development of procedures
  • Accountable for compliance of contract and pricing operational functions

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years in a contracting role within Market Access or Pricing
  • Experience with contract systems such as ModelN and SAP
  • Advanced in Microsoft applications such as Word and Excel
  • Demonstrated success in cross-functional coordination and stakeholder management
  • Experience leading digital projects and implementing new systems/applications
  • Strong background in operational efficiency and automation
  • Ability to lead and make decisions in high-pressure environments
  • Skilled communicator, problem solver, analytical, and detail oriented
  • Excellent prioritization and time management skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Marketing or Business Administration/Management

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree preferred (Business or related field)
