Job Description
Join Staples as an Inside Sales Representative and help enhance partnerships with contract agencies. You'll leverage your sales expertise to promote Quill's business solutions, manage marketing efforts, and support sales initiatives in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
Create monthly coop marketing collateral and communicate with external partners
Manage vendor portals by auditing and updating content
Collaborate with marketing channels to enhance awareness
Act as primary contact for contract support including onboarding
Train sales teams on buying group updates and awareness
Assist with conference setups and collateral preparation
Audit Quill landing pages for accuracy
Support sales initiatives and assist with large buying group sales
Attend and support conferences when needed
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma / GED
3+ years of Sales Experience
Strong communication and presentation skills
Problem-solving skills
Good interpersonal skills
Time management and organizational skills
Decision-making skills
Adaptability to change and fast-paced environments
Collaboration with external and internal teams
Strong computer skills (database, spreadsheets, word processing, CRM)
Office 365 and Adobe proficiency
Preferred Qualifications
Basic Marketing experience
Strong sales process and methodology
