• Location: Cambridge, MA 02138 (Boston metro area)
• Assignment Length: 8-week travel nursing contract
• Start Date: January 5, 2026
• End Date: February 28, 2026
• Healthcare Setting: Intensive Care Unit (ICU) & Intermediate Care Unit (IMCU)
• Shift: 12-hour rotating shifts (days & nights: 7a-7:30p & 7p-7:30a)
• Hours per Week: 36 (72 hours biweekly guaranteed)
• Estimated Weekly Salary: $2,310 - $2,470 per week
• Employment Type: Travel nursing contract
• On-Site Position

Registered Nurse Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license – Massachusetts or compact state
• Minimum 2 years of recent ICU nursing experience in a hospital setting
• BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA required)
• Proficiency with EPIC EMR systems
• Ability to float between ICU and IMCU units
• Availability for full assignment (no holiday or time-off requests approved)

ICU Nurse Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, compassionate care to critically ill patients in ICU and IMCU
• Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions and responses to treatment
• Administer medications, treatments, and advanced life support interventions
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Utilize EPIC EMR for accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Adapt to rotating shifts and float between units to support patient care needs
