Work Experience:
Experience providing skilled nursing care in long-term care or rehabilitation settings
Ability to assess patient conditions, develop care plans, and administer treatments or therapies
Strong interpersonal skills for working with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams
Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) and documentation standards
