Current unencumbered Oregon RN license required upon submission. Healthcare Provider Level BLS required. AHA ACLS required. NIHSS preferred. PCU and basic EKG experience preferred. Verification of high school diploma or equivalent required due to the College of American Pathologists (CAP) requirements for moderate complexity testing.

Shift: Nights (1900-0730) every other weekend
