Key Responsibilities
Perform and teach veterinary medicine and surgery
Lead surgical and training teams
Create training materials

Required Qualifications
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine or equivalent
Valid NC veterinarian license or obtain within 60 days
Passing of the North American Veterinary Licensing Examination (NAVLE)
Minimum 1 year as a veterinarian in a clinical setting including soft tissue surgery experience
Preferred Qualifications
1 year medical team leadership
1 year as a HQHVSN veterinarian
1 year in a teaching, intensive coaching, or learning environment
Fear Free Shelter certification within 60 days of hire
