Key Responsibilities
Assist Station Manager in daily operations
Maintain oversight of station operations in manager's absence
Provide direction and coaching to staff
Support compliance with safety and quality guidelines
Ensure compliance with wage & hour requirements
Manage cash handling processes
Maintain safety protocols
Ensure professional contact with customers and vendors
Perform Customer Service Representative duties as needed
Required Qualifications
Proficient in English
Previous experience in retail, food service, or fuel environment
Experience with cash handling and customer service
Ability to operate cash register and related equipment
Knowledge of sanitation and safety requirements
Available to work various hours including early mornings and weekends
Ability to multi-task
Good judgment in challenging situations
Ability to work independently and in teams
Strong communication skills
High School graduate or equivalent and minimum 21 years of age
