Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in order processing, customer service, or a related administrative role
  • Proficient in using computer systems and software including order management systems and Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and order processing
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Effective follow-up skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Additional education in business administration or a related field
